You will be responsible for ensuring statutory duties under the Housing Act 1996 (as amended) and the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017 are met, while supporting vulnerable individuals and families across the region.This is a pivotal role where you will:- Supervise and support a team of five full-time Housing Officers, each managing approximately 40 cases. - Monitor operational quality assurance standards and ensure compliance with legislation and company policy.- Lead on complex case assessments, statutory reviews, and responses to public and elected member enquiries.-
