Deputy Manager Social Care Domiciliary and Complex Care at Home We re looking for an experienced Deputy Manager from the social care sector who is interested in exploring a new and interesting part of the sector. If you have leadership and management experience in a CQC-regulated service, this role offers the chance to gain valuable experience working with both children and adults with complex needs in their own homes. While experience in complex care or children s services is desirable, it is not essential what matters most is your proven ability to lead a team, manage a service, and maintain high standards of care.
