  Ability to support personal care, learning, and engagement

  Understanding of differentiated teaching approaches

Key Responsibilities:

  Support pupils with learning, communication, and personal care needs

• 
  

  Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored support

• 
  

  Assist in creating a stimulating and safe learning environment

• 
  

  Monitor and report on pupil progress and well-being

• 
  

  Attend school events and contribute to the whole-school community
