The HVAC Engineer, will be responsible for: Maintain and repair all operational equipment within high street retail stores. Overseeing planned PPM/compliance works and keeping the client informed of site activities. Assisting contractors and sub-contractors Ensure compliance with all statutory obligations Completing all work-related documentation accurately and on time. To be successful for this HVAC Engineer role you must have: Qualified at a City and Guilds level Experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment. A good understanding of current Health and Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance Full UK driving license.
