The key purpose of this role is to work with the Technical Consultants to complete the implementation of products within the SCC-DS software portfolio. This involves working with multiple departments within SCC to ensure project delivery as documented. It is a technical role engaging with clients and project teams from deal completion, including installations from POC/PILOT stages. Collaboration across departments to implement and maintain SCC DS solutions is required. Success is measured by the technical delivery of solutions from start to finish or from deal completion and handover from Technical Consultants. The Post-Sales Technical Architect will deliver solutions meeting customer requirements while working with various teams to manage and implement projects until completion. Willingness to accept comprehensive handover and work as part of a team is essential. Security clearance or willingness to apply for it is required.Key responsibilities:
Engage with customers to deploy devices or applications as per documentation such as ROM, SOW, Patch Compliance, and PPD.Coordinate with Project, PRE, and POST teams to ensure a positive implementation experience.Provide feedback on potential improvements for installation processes.Report on success and failures during scoped works, highlighting out-of-scope work.Participate in discussions to innovate and improve product and service delivery.Follow training plans and communicate training needs for continuous improvement.Skills and experience:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Proven experience in technical delivery and handling deadline-dependent situations.Knowledge of Managed Print Document Services technologies (Ricoh, Canon, HP, Kofax, PaperCut, uniFLOW).Excellent customer focus, self-motivated, reliable, personable.Commitment to self-study and formal training to maintain product knowledge.Risk awareness and management strategies.Ability to complete tasks within agreed timescales.Industry certifications such as Tungston Automation, PaperCut, uniFLOW, MyQ, and DocuWare.
