With strong foundations in place, we are now ambitious to grow our services and expand our reach across the region and beyond.The RoleAs a Non-Executive Director, you will provide strategic oversight, independent judgment, and constructive challenge to support the continued success of the business. You will work closely with the Executive team and Board colleagues to shape the strategic direction of the company, ensure effective governance, and champion innovation and inclusion.We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with expertise in any of the following areas:Hospitality and food service operations

Consumer-facing businesses and customer experience

Digital transformation and IT strategy

Finance, risk management, and audit

HR, workforce development, or organisational culture

Public sector and education leadership

We are also keen to reflect the diversity of the communities we serve and encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds.This is a

voluntary role , with

reasonable expenses reimbursed , and requires a time commitment of around

one day per month , including attendance at Board and committee meetings, typically held in
