Are you a passionate Psychology Graduate looking for an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)£ We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team, supporting children with diverse learning needs in schools across Lewes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and group support for children with SEN (e.g. Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties).
• Implement tailored strategies to help children engage with the curriculum and develop their social, emotional, and behavioural skills.
• Assist in the development of personalised learning plans.
• Work closely with teaching staff, parents, and SEN coordinators to ensure the childandrsquo;s needs are met.
• Observe and report on progress, making adjustments to support plans as needed.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

Ideal Candidate:

• A degree in Psychology (or related field).
• Passion for working with children and supporting those with SEN.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with students and staff.
• Patience, empathy, and resilience.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Previous experience in SEN support or education is a plus but not required.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
