Pre-School Teaching Assistant - EYFS Mainstream Primary School Are you passionate about early childhood development? Do you enjoy supporting young children as they take their first steps into education? We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Pre-School Teaching Assistant to join our Early Years team and support children within our Nursery/Pre-School provision. The Role As a Pre-School Teaching Assistant, you will:Support children aged 3-4 within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)Assist with delivering play-based learning activities in line with the EYFS frameworkSupport children''s early communication, language, literacy and numeracy developmentPromote positive behaviour and social skillsHelp create a safe, stimulating and nurturing learning environmentObserve, monitor and record children''s progressSupport children with additional needs where requiredWork closely with the class teacher and Early Years teamWe Are Looking For Someone Who:Has experience working in a nursery or pre-school settingHas a good understanding of the EYFS frameworkIs warm, patient and enthusiasticCan build positive relationships with young children and familiesIs flexible, proactive and a strong team playerHolds a Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (desirable but not essential)If you are passionate about giving children the very best start to their learning journey, we would love to hear from you.
