• Manage the daily operations of the technology infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and upgrades of infrastructure systems and solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to align technology strategies with organisational goals.

Profile

A successful Infrastructure Operations Manager should have:

• Strong experience in managing technology infrastructure in a professional setting.
• Strong understanding of network, cloud, security and core infrastructure (e.g. Cisco, Meraki, Azure, M365, Windows, Hyper-V, Veeam)
• Proven ability to lead and develop technical teams effectively.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and standards within the healthcare industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system management.
• Experience in vendor management and budget preparation.
• A relevant qualification in technology or a related field.
