SEND Tribunal Officer - Yorkshire LA 425 - 450 Per day Remote working 3 months initially - likely to be extended What we need from you: Responsible for preparing accurate, thorough, and legally sound responses to appeals made to the Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal (SENDT) against the local authority.This includes gathering relevant evidence, drafting formal responses, and ensuring compliance with judicial directions.The role requires close collaboration with other Special Educational Needs (SEN) services, including the Assessment, Placement, and Casework teams. Must Have:Experience of working within a local authority is essentialLiquid Logic experience preferredExperience with legal casework or tribunals (preferably within education or local authority settings).
