is seeking a

Senior or Associate-level Planner

to join their team. The company works across a wide variety of sectors including ,

infrastructure, residential, retail, commercial, healthcare, tourism, and industrial ,

with growing activity in the

renewables and energy sectors .This role is ideal for someone with strong technical planning knowledge, experience managing projects end-to-end, and the ability to confidently liaise with clients and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Manage and deliver a range of planning projects from inception to completionPrepare and submit planning applications, appeals, and planning appraisalsEngage in development plan submissions and strategy workCoordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and provide strategic advice to clientsMaintain high standards in written reports and communicationsEnsure projects are delivered on time and to budgetRequirements:Degree (IPI or RTPI accredited) in Town Planning or equivalentApprox.

5+ years of experience

in planning consultancy or a related environmentDemonstrated ability to manage planning projects independentlyStrong written, verbal, and organisational skillsA proactive, solutions-oriented approachExperience in energy or infrastructure sectors would be a strong advantage but
