Fresh is seeking a dynamic and passionate General Manager to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover a period of maternity leave. You ll be leading operations at Sketch House, our vibrant 475-bed student accommodation development just five minutes walk from Finsbury Park Underground and National Rail station. We re looking for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values excellence, and wants to make a meaningful impact on the resident experience. In this role, you ll lead a dedicated on-site team, fostering a supportive and safe community for residents while driving operational performance. You ll take ownership of the day-to-day management of the building, including budgets, compliance, stakeholder relations, and team leadership, ensuring the site continues to deliver exceptional standards throughout the fixed-term period. What You ll Be Doing Lead and inspire the on-site team to deliver an outstanding resident experience. Manage budgets and drive operational efficiency. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are consistently met. Support and motivate your team to achieve great results and uphold Fresh s high standards. About You You ll be an experienced leader with a background in managing residential, hospitality, or student accommodation operations.
