You''ll be responsible for ensuring all engineering elements of the developments are delivered safely, accurately, and in line with drawings and specifications.You will work closely with Site Managers, subcontractors, and the Technical team to ensure work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with design and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Setting out for foundations, drainage, roads, sewers, and house plotsChecking line and level of all works to ensure accuracy throughout the buildConducting and reviewing site surveys and maintaining accurate site recordsCoordinating and managing all engineering-related queries on siteEnsuring works are carried out in line with technical drawings, design specifications, and NHBC standardsLiaising with utility providers, local authorities, and external consultantsSupporting the preparation and implementation of QA and HandS
