This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated legal professional with solid experience in Industrial Disease claims to take the next step in their career within a supportive and reputable practice.Key Responsibilities:Manage your own caseload of moderate value Industrial Disease claims, acting for claimants and providing a first-class client service.Support senior solicitors and partners on complex, high-value cases.Investigate and apply medical evidence within the context of Industrial Disease matters to achieve the best outcomes for clients.Ensure compliance with procedural and funding guidelines while delivering high-quality, profitable work.Develop sound financial management of files, including WIP, disbursements, billing, and profitability targets.Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements.Undertake any other relevant duties as required by management. About You: The successful candidate will demonstrate:A current, valid Practising Certificate with no restrictions.1-3 years'' post-qualification experience managing a claimant caseload in Industrial Disease.Experience in asbestos-related disease (including mesothelioma), NIHL, and HAVS claims is highly desirable.A strong academic record
