This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly reputable garage who have been operating for over 50 years. Key Responsibilities: Perform high-quality diagnostics, repairs, and servicing in line with manufacturer standards Support and mentor junior technicians within the workshop Accurately complete job cards and maintain high standards of documentation Liaise with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction Stay up to date with the latest technical training and manufacturer updates Requirements: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance Proven experience in a main dealership or high-volume independent garage Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities Full UK driving licence MOT Tester qualification is desirable but not essential What s on Offer: Basic salary of £40,000 Basic + quarterly bonus Ongoing training and development State of the art workshop in pristine condition 22 days holiday plus bank holidays Pension scheme and private health care Modern, well-equipped workshop and supportive team environment If you''re ready to progress
