You will be responsible for operating and maintaining flexographic label printing machinery, ensuring high-quality output, and supporting daily production targets.Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain flexographic label printing machinesEnsure colour accuracy, print quality, and consistencyPrepare plates, inks, anilox rolls, and complete job make-readyMonitor print performance and carry out basic fault-findingConduct quality checks throughout productionMaintain safe, clean working practicesWork closely with production and management teams to meet deadlines About You Experience in a manufacturing or print production environmentStrong understanding of machinery and production processesExcellent attention to detail and quality assurance mindsetGood communication and teamwork skillsFlexible to work overtime when requiredEligible to work in the UK Benefits Company pensionCycle to work schemeFree on-site parking
