Residential Support Worker – Preston 

Pay: £13.69 – £16.69 per hour (depending on experience)

Shifts: Mornings, Evenings, Waking Nights (Full-time & Part-time available)
Location: Preston

We’re looking for dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Workers to join a vibrant and highly respected care team, working in beautifully maintained homes in the Preston area. These homes are operated by a national leader in specialist care and education services, supporting young people with complex needs to live safe, happy, and fulfilling lives.

The Role:
As a Residential Support Worker, you’ll play a vital part in creating a nurturing and structured environment for children and young people. You’ll be:

• Providing emotional and practical support in their daily routines

• Encouraging independence and building life skills

• Supporting with education, hobbies, and social activities

• Ensuring safeguarding and promoting wellbeing at every turn

• Working closely with a skilled team to create positive outcomes

Who You Are:

• Experience in a residential or care setting is desirable, but a positive attitude and a caring nature are essential

• You’re reliable, resilient, and committed to safeguarding

• You’re able to work flexibly across different shifts, including weekends and holidays

• A driver’s license is a bonus – many homes are in semi-rural locations

All roles are subject to enhanced DBS checks and reference vetting
