Customer Service Administrator

We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator join our client’s team in Crewe. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, reliable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
 
Main Duties of this Customer Service Administrator role:

  • Scanning documents and data entry
  • General administrative tasks
  • Handling customer information accurately
  • Supporting the wider team with daily operations
Requirements for this Customer Service Administrator role:
  • Must be computer literate and confident using Microsoft Office and data systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team

  • Stable 4 on / 4 off shift pattern (days only, 6am–6pm)
