Customer Service Administrator
We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator join our client’s team in Crewe. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, reliable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Main Duties of this Customer Service Administrator role:
- Scanning documents and data entry
- General administrative tasks
- Handling customer information accurately
- Supporting the wider team with daily operations
- Must be computer literate and confident using Microsoft Office and data systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Competitive pay rate of £12.21 per hour
- Stable 4 on / 4 off shift pattern (days only, 6am–6pm)
- Friendly working environment
