Internal Communications and Events Assistant - 12 Month Contract (Inside IR35) Belcan Workforce Solutions is recruiting an Internal Communications and Events Assistant to join a large, complex industrial site based in Southampton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build experience in a professional, fast-paced environment. The role is well suited to individuals with strong administrative experience and an interest in communications, social media, marketing, or employee engagement. Please note, this position is primarily administrative in nature, with a focus on coordination and support rather than a strategic marketing role. This is a fully site-based role, and a local candidate is preferred due to the need for regular on-site presence. Role OverviewYou will support the delivery of internal communications across a range of established channels, helping to create, publish, and maintain engaging content. You will also assist with employee engagement initiatives and the organisation of site events.Working closely with the Internal Communications and Events Coordinators, you will play a key role in ensuring activities run smoothly and efficiently. Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting internal communications across platforms such as digital signage, SharePoint, emails, and newslettersAssisting with the organisation and coordination of on-site events and engagement activitiesProviding administrative support to both the Communications and Events teamsEnsuring content
