This is your opportunity to step into a dynamic leadership position, supporting vulnerable young people and guiding a passionate care team.

• Act as a key leader, working closely with the Registered Manager

• Inspire and support staff, championing high standards of care

• Oversee compliance, care plans, and staff development

• Step into the Manager’s role when needed

• NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential (or equivalent)

• Experience in a similar leadership role

• Solid grasp of Ofsted requirements and children’s safeguarding

• Emotional intelligence, structure, and resilience
