Manpower are currently recruiting for an experienced Data andamp; Exams Officer to support a secondary school during a maternity cover period. This is a great opportunity to join a busy school environment with an immediate start following a successful interview.

Location

• Outskirts of Boston- there''s no public transport so own transport is essential.

Shift Pattern

• 8am-4pm

Pay Rate

• Competitive (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining and developing the school Management Information System (MIS)
  * Inputting and managing student data accurately
  * Producing reports and statistical analysis
  * Supporting timetable updates and curriculum assignments
  * Liaising with different departments across the Site
  * Managing all aspects of exam administration, including entries and certification
  * Ensuring secure handling and storage of examination materials and results
  * Coordinating internal and external examinations
  * Managing and training exam invigilators
  * Supporting the distribution of exam results to students

What We''re Looking For

Experience
* Previous experience in arranging and managing school examinations
* Experience working with school data- systems

Skills andamp; Attributes
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills
* Ability to analyse and present data clearly
* Confident working independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with staff at all levels
