Senior Sales Negotiator - Chelsea - £30,000 to £40,000 dependant on experienceMy client, a successful boutique top tier Real Estate Agency are seeking an ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator join their small but professional team, in their modern office based in Chelsea.Duties Include

Conduct market appraisals and convert into instructions with confidenceBuild and manage the portfolio of high-end clientsConduct and arrange property viewingsNegotiate offers between vendors and buyersProvide ongoing vendor feedback and maintain regular communicationBuild up strong relationships with clients, buyers, search agents and estate agentsAssist in the general running and profitability of the business through marketing strategies and on-going business developmentSkills And Expertise Required

An ambitious and polished sales negotiator who is self-motivated, driven and a good networker in the market.Minimum 3 years\'' experience as a Sales Negotiator in Prime Central LondonStrong knowledge of the prime Central London MarketConfidence dealing with high-net-worth clients, both domestic and internationalUnderstanding of tax implications for UK and overseas buyersKnowledge of current residential property legislation and market trendsA good understanding and training in AML requirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong IT skillsAbility to work well under pressure and as part of a small teamFull UK driving licence (clean)Salary:

£30,000 - £40,000 depending on experienceLocation:
