Buyer - Food | Salary: -50,000 + package | Location: West Midlands (Hybrid Working)

We''re looking for a talented Buyer to join a leading UK retailer and help shape their FMCG ranges. This is an exciting role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, value-driven retail environment.

• Managing your own product category within food

• Working closely with suppliers to source and negotiate the best products

• Ensuring availability, value, and quality across ranges

• Supporting new product launches and promotional activity

• Analysing data to inform commercial decisions

• Proven experience as a Buyer (or strong Assistant Buyer ready for the next step)

• Experience in food categories (e.g. chilled, sandwiches, salad etc.)

• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills

• Commercially driven, with an eye for trends and value
