Main Responsibilities: Sharing your plant expertise by providing knowledgeable advice to our valued customers on plants, shrubs, and trees, and all things relating to gardening! Inspiring creativity and delighting customers by assisting with and creating stunning hanging baskets. Nurturing new life by expertly potting young plants. Ensuring efficient stock management through moving and organising plants. Accurately fulfilling customer orders by picking the required stock. Efficiently managing incoming plant deliveries. Contributing to the smooth running of the nursery by processing potting requirements. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised nursery environment through general housekeeping tasks. Championing plant health through consistent watering, weeding, and deadheading. Cultivating beauty by planting, watering, and fertilizing a diverse range of flowers, shrubs, and trees. Protecting the plants by monitoring for and controlling pests and diseases.
