Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Mechanical Construction Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical systems on construction projects. This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and other mechanical services within time, budget, and quality constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all mechanical construction activities on site.

• Review and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and local codes.

• Lead regular site meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders.

• Manage procurement and logistics for mechanical materials and equipment.

• Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and change order management.

• Support commissioning and handover activities upon project completion.

Qualifications:

• experience in mechanical construction management.

• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and mechanical systems.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multi-disciplinary teams.
