They are looking for someone with 3 years experience in a relevant role (1st line is fine) to join as a 2nd Line Support Analyst on a 12 month rolling FTC. You should have a technical background providing support to end users via helpdesk software, an understanding of ITIL best practices and a customer focused approach. You will have the opportunity to progress towards Oracle and SQL Database management as well as potentially mentoring of more junior team members in due course. Due to the high level of clearance the company will look to put you through, you must be a Sole UK National in order to apply to this position. You must also be able to commute to Bristol Business Park in Stoke Gifford, this is a full time on site role with some flexibility depending on end client requirements, but this cannot be guaranteed.
