Opportunity Identification: Use market research and industry analysis to uncover new automotive business opportunities that align with iCOMAT’s capabilities.Relationship Management: Develop strategic partnerships with automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and key stakeholders to support project growth.Deal Negotiation: Lead negotiations to secure favorable agreements that support growth and profitability in the automotive sector.Revenue Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the automotive industry, while nurturing and expanding existing accounts.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure seamless project implementation and client satisfaction.Market and Competitive Analysis: Regularly assess automotive market trends and competitor activities to position iCOMAT as a leader in composite materials.Industry Insights: Stay updated on emerging automotive trends and lightweight materials technology for continuous innovation.What do we need from you?

We are looking for a candidate with a robust background in B2B sales and business development within the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Key requirements include:Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years in B2B automotive or manufacturing with knowledge of advanced composites or lightweight materials.Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.Business Development Expertise: Strong understanding of automotive market expansion and revenue growth strategies.Negotiation and Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills for building long-term partnerships.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.Proactive Attitude: Self-driven and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools for tracking sales activities and metrics.Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel for business engagements.Why iCOMAT?
