Overview

We are looking for smart meter engineers with a track record of safety and customer excellence. You’ll be representing our brands in our customers’ homes so you’ll need to be just as happy talking to the customer and getting to know them as you are about doing the installation itself.You’ll be fitting meters; showing customers how their meter and in-home display work; how it can help them save energy and answering any questions about the green energy revolution we are leading.As part of the Octopus Energy Services team, you’ll be supported by an office team who will share the same performance goals, so we’re always working as one team. You’ll also have the backing of Octopus Energy’s tech power to evolve processes to spend less time on admin and more time delivering our best service.Responsibilities

Install smart meters and demonstrate their operation and in-home displayExplain energy-saving features and answer questions about the green energy revolutionRepresent the Octopus brands in customers’ homes and maintain high levels of safety and customer serviceCollaborate with the office team to meet performance goalsQualifications

MOCoPA – held within the last 3 years and able to provide evidenceGas Safe – CCN1/MET1 or CMA1/MET1 (or equivalent)Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 pointsWhat we offer
