Role Overview: As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in the daily lives of up to 6 young males, providing care, support, and guidance. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to create individualised care plans and implement therapeutic interventions. Your patience, empathy, and strong communication skills will help you manage challenging behaviours and support the children''s emotional and developmental needs. Rolling rota made up of long days, one early or late shift per fortnight and some sleeps. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct care and supervision to children Develop and maintain positive relationships with the children, fostering a sense of trust and security. Implement and follow individualised care plans, ensuring the needs of each child are met. Manage and respond to challenging behaviour using appropriate strategies and interventions.
