Reporting to the Coating Cell Team Leader, you will be responsible for pre- and post-coating operations, ensuring products meet exacting quality and safety standards.Hours:37.5 per week (including breaks): Mon Thu: 6:00am 2:00pmFri: 6:00am 11:30am Key Responsibilities of a Coating Operative Prepare products for coating in line with production schedules, following all relevant work instructions and quality specifications. Carry out post-coating and finishing operations, ensuring full compliance with specifications. Identify and report any areas of non-conformance, keeping accurate records and escalating issues when needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised work environment, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Adapt to different areas of the coating department to meet production demand. Learn new skills and contribute to training colleagues. Undertake basic machine maintenance in line with current practices. Perform other reasonable duties as directed by supervisors or management.
