Position: Tekla Detailer / Draughtsperson

Location: West Midlands
Salary: Up to -50,000 (depending on experience)

We''re excited to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and trusted name in the UK''s structural and architectural steelwork industry. Based in the West Midlands and known for delivering high-quality bespoke steel solutions across commercial, industrial, and residential projects, they''re now looking to strengthen their in-house team with the addition of a Tekla Detailer / Draughtsperson.

This is a key position within a growing design and fabrication team. You''ll be responsible for producing accurate and detailed Tekla drawings for a wide range of steelwork packages, supporting the smooth delivery of projects from concept to completion.

• A minimum of 2 years'' experience using Tekla Structures in a structural steel environment.

• A sound understanding of steel fabrication and erection methods.

• Ability to interpret and work from structural and architectural drawings.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines across multiple projects.

• Confidence working both independently and collaboratively with project teams and external stakeholders.

• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to solving problems.

• A desire to contribute to a growing, close-knit team and deliver quality work every time.
