Job Description:

anduuml;andnbsp; Provideandnbsp;1:1 supportandnbsp;to a pupil withandnbsp;SEND, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their full potential

anduuml;andnbsp; Implement strategies outlined in the pupilandrsquo;sandnbsp;EHCP, in collaboration with theandnbsp;SENCOandnbsp;and class teacher

anduuml;andnbsp; Foster aandnbsp;positive,andnbsp;inclusive, andandnbsp;safe learning environmentandnbsp;that promotesandnbsp;confidence,andnbsp;independence, andandnbsp;engagement

anduuml;andnbsp; Support the pupilandrsquo;sandnbsp;social,andnbsp;emotional, andandnbsp;academic developmentandnbsp;through tailored interventions and consistent encouragement

anduuml;andnbsp; Maintain clear and effective communication with staff, parents, and external professionals

The Ideal Candidate Will:

anduuml;andnbsp; Has experience working with children withandnbsp;SEND, particularly in aandnbsp;1:1 settingandnbsp;(desirable but not essential)

anduuml;andnbsp; Is aandnbsp;caring,andnbsp;resilient, andandnbsp;adaptable individualandnbsp;with a genuine passion for supporting childrenandrsquo;s learning

anduuml;andnbsp; Demonstrates strongandnbsp;communication,andnbsp;organisation, andandnbsp;teamworkandnbsp;skills

anduuml;andnbsp; Understands the importance ofandnbsp;safeguarding,andnbsp;inclusive practice, andandnbsp;positive behaviour support
