About the RoleWe''re seeking a talented and proactive Power Platform Developer to join a forward-thinking organisation based in Glasgow. This is a permanent opportunity offering a flexible hybrid working model, with just one day per week required onsite. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building model-driven applications using Microsoft''s Power Platform suite.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain model-driven applications using Power Apps.Integrate solutions with Dataverse, Power Automate, and other Microsoft 365 services.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.Ensure applications meet performance, security, and usability standards.Provide technical support and enhancements to existing Power Platform solutions.Document development processes and contribute to best practices.Required Skills and ExperienceProven experience developing with Power Platform, especially model-driven apps.Strong understanding of Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power BI.Experience integrating with Microsoft 365 (O365/M365) and Azure services.Familiarity with governance, security roles, and data modelling within Power Platform.Proficiency in JavaScript, Power Fx, and/or other relevant scripting languages is a plus.Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-400) are desirable.What''s on OfferPermanent role with a respected organisation.Hybrid working model (1 day onsite in Glasgow).Competitive salary and benefits package.O
