Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader for the Head of Plant Production Support, Communities and Performance and Improvement to integrate and empower our community functions within our Belfast site. This pivotal role will be responsible for fostering collaboration, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring optimal performance across our plant network. You will champion the integration and development of the support functions to facilitate knowledge sharing, implement best-in-class methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and overall operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Supporting the HO Site Belfast, you will develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for building and nurturing plant production support organisation and driving performance and improvement initiatives aligned with overall business objectives. Community Development and Engagement: Establish governance and integrate the communities across the Belfast Plant (e.g. Corporate Security, Legal and Compliance, Facility Management and public Affairs and Communications) through regular facilitation of communication, knowledge sharing, and collaborative problem-solving within and these communities in support of the overall Plants objectives.
