Site Manager

As the Site Manager you will oversee and manage in delivering Kitchen & Bathroom contracts within Social Housing. Previous experience with delivering K&B''s is highly desirable.

Site Manager Key Responsibilities

• The Site Manager will manage the delivery of Kitchen & Bathrooms, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Oversee K&B refurbishments
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client
• Conduct site inspections, and client meetings to maintain service levels

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in Site Management within construction or social housing.
