Overview Lead and manage a team of approximately 15 production staff across fabrication, welding, laser cutting, and machiningOversee all aspects of production including quality control, HSE compliance, and operational efficiencyImplement processes to maximise productivity, efficiency, and output qualityCollaborate with management and shopfloor teams to plan, schedule, and deliver production targetsDrive innovation and continuous improvement across the workshopMaintain high standards of safety, organisation, and team performance Requirements Strong practical background in fabrication, welding, laser cutting, CNC machining, or related engineering disciplinesProven experience managing teams in a workshop or production environmentHands-on understanding of health and safety regulations, quality control, and continuous improvement processesAbility to plan, organise, and prioritise multiple tasks while meeting deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams Salary and benefits ?£40,000 - £45,000 per annumMonday-Thursda
