Service Accounts Financial Administrator
OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Accounts Administrator to join our Service / Aftersales Department based in Worcester. This position plays a key role in supporting the financial operations of the Service Accounts team, ensuring accurate billing and excellent customer service across both business and consumer accounts. Key Responsibilities Debt Control: Contact customers to request and process payments in a professional and efficient manner.Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payment activity and communications. Job Report Checking and Billing Creation: Review service job reports for accuracy and completeness prior to invoicing.Create and issue customer invoices in line with company policies and contractual agreements.Investigate and resolve billing queries promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Additional Duties: Respond to customer financial queries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner.Process refunds, generate statements, and assist with contract account creation.Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the Service Accounts team.
