Job Title: Technical Business Analyst
Salary: £35,646 – £39,469 per annum
Location: Lyndhurst, New Forest (Hybrid Working)

Role Purpose

We’re looking for a proactive and analytical Technical Business Analyst to help drive the digital transformation. You’ll work with stakeholders and technical teams to turn business needs into effective, data-driven solutions that deliver real value for our communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and document business processes, systems, and requirements.
• Define success measures and ensure solutions deliver measurable value.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital improvement.
• Develop and present clear business cases for projects.
• Support solution design, technical configuration, and implementation.
• Track progress and report on key deliverables.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in business analysis and digital transformation.
• Comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams.
