Registered Manager
The Registered Manager will provide strong, effective leadership to ensure the delivery of safe, person-centred, and high-quality support for up to five adults with learning disabilities. The post holder will be responsible for the overall management of the service, including staff supervision and development, compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) requirements, safeguarding, and budget management. They will promote the values of West House, Person Centred, Inclusive, and Positive, ensuring that the people living at Floshfield are supported to achieve their goals, maintain independence, and live fulfilling lives within their community. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) or a commitment to work towards a Level 5 in a Health and Social Care or equivalent. Previous experience in a leadership role ideally in Health and Social Care. Strong knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding legislation, and relevant health and social care regulations. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, delivering person-centred, high-quality care. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
