About the Role:As Head Sushi Chef ( Senior sushi Chef ), you will lead a talented sushi team with passion, precision, and creativity. This is a unique opportunity to shape the sushi offering at a concept-driven venue that prides itself on both tradition and innovation.You would be able to put your own stamp and personal touch with in developing new menu:

Key Responsibilities:Craft exceptional sushi creations, balancing traditional techniques with modern flairLead, manage, and inspire small sushi team to deliver excellence in every dishTake charge of the sectioninteracting with guests to elevate their experienceMaintain high standards of freshness, consistency, and presentation through effective inventory and quality controlTrain and mentor junior chefs, nurturing a culture of continuous improvementEnsure full compliance with food hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations

What Were Looking For:Previous experience as Head Sushi Chef or Senior Sushi chef in a high-end or fine-dining environmentMastery of sushi preparation, knife skills, and ingredient handlingStrong knowledge of Japanese culinary traditions and premium ingredientsCalm under pressure, with excellent leadership and communication abilitiesFluent in EnglishIf you''re a visionary sushi chef with a commitment to excellence and a passion for Japanese cuisine, I want to hear from you.You must already have pre settlement status to be considered.
