Promote an inclusive and supportive environment for all students, helping them build confidence and social skills. Work closely with the SENCO and other staff to monitor and report on student progress.Requirements: Qualified SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA Certificate) is essential. Proven experience in supporting children with SEN in an educational setting. Strong understanding of SEN strategies and practices.
