Due to growth and expansion plans they have created the brand new role of Business Development Manager specifically focussing on the HoReCa and Foodservice market sectors.Role
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth of our food brands across the HoReCa and wider Foodservice sector.Developing New Business with Distributors, Wholesalers, and Direct End-User accountsStrengthening relationships with Chefs, Caterers, Contract Catering Groups, Chef Schools and Foodservice OperatorsThe successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Foodservice landscape, a passion for food, and the ability to convert opportunities into sustainable partnershipsDriving the Company''s growth within the industry by building the channel plan, identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing customer relationships, developing the product portfolio and ensuring long-term success in a competitive marketplaceWork closely with internal teams and key stakeholders to identify trends, market needs, and create tailored business strategies to maximize revenue and market shareThe range will be considered innovative; therefore, you will support customers from menu planning to planogram ideasCandidate / Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the FMCG Foodservice industryA passion for driving costs out of the business and increasing profitabilityAbility to think outside the box and drive innovationAdept with tech and able to learn quickly in a fast-evolving business landscapeStrong understanding of the supply chain, market trends, and customer needsProven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targetsStrong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for the food and drink industryStrong networking skills and the ability to engage with high-level stakeholdersOffer
