Job Description:

- Deliveringandnbsp;engaging and challenging lessonsandnbsp;across KS3 and KS4 (and potentially KS5)andnbsp;
- Planning and delivering aandnbsp;broad and balanced curriculumandnbsp;that promotesandnbsp;creativity, critical thinking, and technical skills
- Usingandnbsp;formative and summative assessmentandnbsp;to track progress and inform teaching
- Contributing to the development ofandnbsp;curriculum resourcesandnbsp;andandnbsp;extra-curricular opportunitiesandnbsp;such as STEM clubs, competitions, and trips
- Collaborating with colleagues to promoteandnbsp;cross-curricular linksandnbsp;andandnbsp;whole-school initiatives
The Ideal Candidate Will:
andnbsp;
- Have experience teaching Dandamp;T at secondary level (desirable but not essential)
- Be passionate aboutandnbsp;design, innovation, and sustainabilityandnbsp;in education
- Demonstrate strongandnbsp;classroom management,andnbsp;differentiation, andandnbsp;behaviour for learningandnbsp;strategies
- Be committed toandnbsp;raising achievementandnbsp;andandnbsp;closing the attainment gap
- Be aandnbsp;reflective practitionerandnbsp;with a growth mindset and a commitment toandnbsp;ongoing CPD
- Be confident usingandnbsp;technology-enhanced learning toolsandnbsp;andandnbsp;industry-standard software
