Systems Support, Product Support, Troubleshooting, Documentation, User Support, Testing Our client has a new permanent, office-based opportunity. The outline of the role will be to provide systems/user support, troubleshooting, testing and documentation around their IT systems. The ideal candidate will be: Organised Methodical Comfortable supporting users and explaining things clearly via email, over the phone and face to face Good at troubleshooting and working through problems to completion Strong at producing clear written guidance and documentation Practical and patient in helping others use systems. Able to build strong relationships across the business Comfortable working with technical and non-technical staff This is very much working across IT systems and the business Interested?
