Their portfolio spans all sectors from local authorities, royal parks, commercial developers, schools, and universities to high-end luxury developers. Much of work is because of long-term relationships based on trust and expert workmanship built up over more than five decades.Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Assistant Contracts Manager with previous experience and success in supporting the management and delivery of multi-disciplinary commercial Hard and Soft landscape projects, on time, to specification and producing the budgeted margin. Contracts in London and Southeast, ranging in value between 100K to 4.5 Million. The Role:To assist in managing the flow of information and documentation between site, operational, commercial and management functions to support the timely delivery and completion of our commercial landscape and civils projects.Responsibilities:Support contract managers to achieve completion of contracts on time and to specification.Assist in ensuring gross margins are maintained on contracts.Support contract managers in the management of sub-contractor
