This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Property Litigation Solicitor to join a thriving and dynamic dispute resolution team. The successful candidate will manage a broad caseload of contentious property matters, including landlord and tenant disputes (both commercial and residential), rent recovery, possession and forfeiture claims, enforcement of easements and restrictive covenants, beneficial interest disputes, and party wall matters. Experience in construction-related disputes would be an advantage. You will be encouraged to actively contribute to business development initiatives and play a key role in the ongoing growth of the team.Responsibilities

Manage a broad caseload of contentious property matters (landlord and tenant disputes, rent recovery, possession and forfeiture, easements and covenants, beneficial interests, party wall matters).Assist with or lead on cases with minimal supervision, delivering high-quality client service.Contribute to business development and the growth of the department.Qualifications

Solicitors with between 5 and 10 years'' PQE in property litigation.Commercially minded, confident communicator, capable of delivering exceptional client service.Strong teamwork, initiative, and ability to manage complex cases; proactive in networking and business development.Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.The Firm
