Aftersales ManagerPembrook Resourcing is seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded dealership group. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, driven professional to take charge of a busy Aftersales department and contribute significantly to its continued success.Lead and manage the Aftersales department, ensuring high performance across service, parts, and customer service teams.Oversee daily operations including WIP, warranty claims, debt management, and parts processes.Ensure compliance with Aftersales franchise standards and maintain strong manufacturer relationships.Motivate, mentor, and develop a large team, setting clear expectations and driving performance.Monitor sales activity, conduct regular performance reviews, and identify opportunities for growth.Enhance customer satisfaction (CSI) and retention through outstanding service and engagement.
Proven experience managing a Service or Aftersales department within a main dealership in the UK.Technically knowledgeable, ideally with a background in automotive service.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with customers and manufacturer partners.Track record of delivering strong departmental performance and improving CSI results.
