No experience required, as full in-house training will be givenA good, confident telephone mannerAbility to manage workloads and meet deadlinesA positive attitude, ability to learn and be a good team playerAn organised and positive approach to workExcellent attention to detailExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular Outlook, Word and Excel)What will your role look like?
Corresponding with clients concerning employee and pension scheme mattersObtaining and inputting employee/pension information onto the insolvency practitioner software systemReviewing and preparing payroll checksCorresponding with ex-employees and the Redundancy Payments Service (“RPS”) relating to employee/pension claimsCorresponding with pension companies in respect of arrears of contributions to be claimed from the RPSWhat can you expect in return?
