They are now recruiting for a Head of Travel Operations and Service Delivery to join their team overseeing their UK and European teams.This is a pivotal role with a focus on delivering the very highest standards of service to their clientele. The role involves managing a team of remotely based travel support managers, providing leadership, training, implementing processes and efficiencies whilst working closely with key stake holders. To be considered for this role, candidates must have senior management experience within the travel industry in operational, service delivery-based roles.
