Temporary HR and Payroll Assistant - Fully office-based role Sutton in Ashfield c 14p.h. - 15.60 p.h. (Inc hol pay)We have a fabulous opportunity for an experienced HR / Payroll administrator to join a highly successful organisation within the Nottinghamshire area. Working as part of the wider HR Team you will be assisting the department to ensure the payroll is run accurately and smoothly whilst adhering to current legislation.The role of HR / Payroll Administrator will involve:Ensuring all payroll and HR records kept accurate and up to date.Assisting with recruitment administration - Onboarding new employees and creating induction packsEnsuring employee records are kept up to date using SageChecking and calculating weekly timesheetsInputting payroll information onto SageSetting up new starters on Sage payroll and HR - processing leaver documentationOther HR and Payroll duties as requiredThe skills and experience requirements for the role Payroll Clerk are:Previous experience within a HR / Payroll roleExperience of using Sage and ideally producing high volume payroll runs although this is not essentialHigh attention to detail and the ability to manage own workload.Good use of MS Office including ExcelThe ability to work within the office full timeDon''t miss out apply today Unfortunately, due to the volume of applications received we are unable to respond with feedback to all applicants.
